Who can Chi Master help?


You have come to this site because you are looking to better yourself. You may be be feeling under the weather, or be looking for new hobby or lifestyle choice. You may have tried different diets and excercise regimens in the past that did not work for you. Maybe a doctor has recommended that you take up Chi Kung as a health maintenance system.

Whatever your reasons, you have now taken responsibility for your well being into your own hands.

The wonderful thing about Chi Kung training is that it can be adapted to suit anybody's needs - it is a lifelong personal journey of self-improvement. Our distance learning course is specially designed for you to take at your own pace. Once you have learned a few basic excercises you can then apply them into your life to fit around your daily routine.
